    • Bowflex, Nuobells, Trulap, Iron Master, not all Powerblocks as the cage width sometimes is too narrow (check cage width and our product dimensions picture)

    Will the U Clip damage my barbell?

    No, the U clip is equipped with a rubber cover designed to protect your equipment.

    Do U Clips fit Olympic or Standard barbells?

    The Olympic U clip is made to fit barbells with 2"/50mm sleeves and the Standard U clip fits barbells with a 1"/28mm sleeves. The only difference between the two is the size of the hole.

    Do I get the U clip with or without D Rings?

    Our newest model is the one without D Rings and that is the one that will be shipped.

    Liked how the dumbell drops in perfectly in the middle. Performed well when i did my weighted dips. If i were to improve on it i would have bigger holes on the top or just use a slightly bigger set of carabiners. I ended up using my extra large caribiners and put it through the big holes in the middle and it worked out perfectly for this specific workout.
