A solid, versatile piece of equipment in both configurations. It feels like it will last a life time (it should certainly see me out for another 20 years). Coupled this with my C20 and the upgrade is very noticeable when hitting your side and rear delts. It's my favourite go-to for cable hammer curls now. I have a large grip and this is very comfortable for me to hold.
I used these to replace my grips on my bands and live them .it gives me extra power when doing curls ,etc.

Great D ring handles. So solid. Feel like they will last forever. Great rotating, smooth, well textured grip. Bringing them to the gym to use instead of the slippery plastic cheapies. Very good value as well.

a sturdy handle is all it takes to make some exercises to have more effect on the muscle involved. Tricep pushdowns (on a cable) are causing far more mechanical tension in the triceps!
I had a great tricep workout the day I got my Smile Handles. To be able to do Hammer Pushdowns was incredible. I love them!

The stitching is very good. Holds up so far. There are no rough or sharp edges. The rotating knurling handles feels good for the wrists. As a certified hand therapist who treats gym patients, I like these handles.

Really solid handles which give confidence when lifting heavy. The handles on the side are brilliant to change up the grip without having to change attachment. Really happy with the purchase, expensive but worth it!
